20+ years of LaVanila Pure Vanilla being my Go-To Scent! Nowadays, in my early 40s it is my ONLY SCENT! I’m never looking for compliments, but not a day goes by when I don’t get one! When I say this fragrance will turn heads in stores, and have people approaching you I am not exaggerating. That’s not the reason I’ve continued to use it for 20 years. I use it for that long because it is the best of the best. The healthy fragrance. It doesn’t get better. I will continue to use it until there can’t be a bottle found on this earth. I also often gift it. Fragrance can be a tricky gift, as everyone has their own taste for what they like to smell. There’s something very primal about vanilla, and it’s pure form such as the Madagascar vanilla that LaVanila uses in their formula. It’s absolutely irresistible. It’s always well received. I could go on, but I employ you to give it a try! Your only regret will be that you hadn’t tried sooner!

I originally encountered this fragrance via the fragrance subscription service Scentbird and I absolutely fell in love with the Pure Vanilla fragrance. It literally lasted ALL DAY!! I felt like I'd finally found the perfume I've been searching for for years! So, I ordered the 3.4 oz from Amazon (they have a store and listing says "supplied by Lavanila Laboratories" ) as a Christmas gift for myself and couldn't wait to start using it everyday! How disappointed I was at realizing that although it started out the same way, the fragrance lasts less than 5 minutes!! So I'm thinking I must've received a counterfeit item. I found the Lavanila website and asked if they were the only suppliers selling to Amazon (I was not looking for a refund. As a business owner, I would want to know if my product was being counterfeited). I am returning it to Amazon and wanted to re-purchase via their website. ZERO RESPONSE. I wait a few days, no response. I email again, NO RESPONSE. At this point the only concussion I can come up with, is they must send the "sampling/subscription companies" the good stuff so you'll want to buy it, but they sell the consumer a watered down version. I sprayed 3 sprays of the Scentbird version YESTERDAY and I can STILL SMELL IT. The days I used the full size, 9 sprays lasts LESS THAN 5 MINUTES. I'm so disappointed.
