I placed an order over a month ago and still haven't received it yet. The tracking number shows it keeps going back and forth between the same locations which I understand is not the company's fault, but I contacted Lavanilla about this issue and I never heard anything back. Very poor customer service. I guess I won't be getting my money back. I'm sure the perfume smells lovely though.
